Gammon Announces Appointments to Executive Leadership Team
Gammon Construction Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Dagleish as the new Executive Director, effective end of February 2025. Mr. Dagleish will succeed Steve Griffin, who will retire at the end of January 2025 after an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the construction industry across Asia. Mr. Dagleish will report directly to Kevin O'Brien, Chief Executive of Gammon and will be responsible for driving the development and transformation of the company’s Commercial and Procurement operations.
Mr. Dagleish brings a wealth of experience from the construction industry. He joins Gammon from Wood PLC, a leading global engineering consultancy and contractor, where he was most recently President of Commercial, leading the firm’s global commercial functions. With over 26 years of experience at Wood and its legacy companies, Mr. Dagleish has held various senior leadership and management positions across the firm’s global, cross-sector Project Management, Engineering and Consulting services.
Mr. Dagleish has deep cross-cultural management experience, having worked and lived across the UK, the US, Asia, Middle East and Africa. During his tenure, he has led several change initiatives to strengthen the firm’s tender and project governance, efficiency and risk management. Mr. Dagleish holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He will relocate to Hong Kong from the UK for his new role.
