Gammon Construction Limited (“Gammon”) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a luxury residential project by Gold Topmont Limited, a subsidiary of Goldin Group. The development worth of HK$2.9 billion will be shaped as an iconic landmark on Sheung Shing Street at the traditionally prestigious residential district Homantin.

The project involves the construction of six residential towers, clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, as well as two-level of basement with carpark areas, providing a total of Cconstruction Floor Area (CFA) of 84,000m2.

The project team shows its steadfast commitment to delivering success by adopting a wide range of innovative technologies. 3D scanning is implemented to expedite survey progress and collect accurate data; Defect management tools such as drones and InfraRed Camera serve to secure a high level of quality. To safeguard the wellbeing of workers, exoskeleton is used for manual handling to reduce their physical strain and at the same time enhance productivity for repetitive works.
