Gammon Engineering & Construction Company Limited is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a building contract for a house development at Plantation Road, Hong Kong. The total value of the contract is approximately HK$800 million.

 

Developed by Wheelock Properties, the project includes twenty villas and targets to meet the stringent Hong Kong Building Environmental Assessment Method (HKBEAM) Gold standard upon completion.

The project has commenced in September 2017 and is scheduled for completion in 2020.



At construction peak the project will create 450 jobs.
