Gammon has been awarded an HK$500 million contract by the HKSAR Architectural Services Department for the construction of an Annex Building at Ko Shan Theatre.

With a site area of 4,000 m², works were implemented in two stages.

Stage 1 included modification of existing planter walls, construction of a traffic lay-by near and modification of road furniture, kerbs and road crossing.

Stage 2 included demolition of existing tennis court and construction of an Annex Building with 600-seat auditorium and supporting rooms.
