Gammon Construction was appointed Management Contractor of the M+ Museum, to oversee the construction completion of the project.
The major construction works of the project include:

• M+ Building consists of a 14-storey vertical tower over a three-storey podium and a two-storey basement
• Conservation and Storage Facility which consists of a nine-storey tower with supporting basement shared with the M+ Building
• Two-storey interfacing carpark
• 16-storey Retail, Dining and Entertainment Building

To ensure the safe and efficient project delivery, Gammon employed the advanced technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D Scanning, RFID and adopt Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) in the course of the construction.
