With a proven track record of our outstanding technical expertise in alteration and addition building works, Gammon was awarded the contract from The Wharf (Holdings) Limited to reshape the existing Murray Building in Central as a hotel. Catering to the unique features of the building, the project was completed in 2017.

Built in 1969, the Murray Building is a 27-storey office tower. The contract is to convert this building into a luxury hotel with 336 guestrooms. The project mainly comprises demolition and construction of new structure, Alterations and Additions (A&A) works from the basement level to the roof floor.
