Graduate Training Programme

Nurturing young engineers is vital for sustaining our business and the industry. To equip young graduates with the professional skills they will require to succeed as engineers, we offer a three-year graduate training scheme. Training is provided in a wide range of disciplines, including civil, building, building services, E&M, environmental, geotechnical, geology, quantity surveying and health and safety.

Our Graduate Training Programme for Engineers aims to equip our engineering and geological graduates with all-round capabilities, preparing them to face challenges in their career as a professional engineer.
