We have worked closely with Swire Properties on this visionary urban regeneration project, and have built nearly 2.3 million square feet of office space for TaiKoo Place, comprising:
Devon House:
A 29-storey, 830,000 square feet office tower on a 4-level basement car park. Built using top down basement construction (as were all of our subsequent buildings in the development), we designed and incorporated in the building, cost saving post-tensioned floor slabs.

Dorset House and PCCW Tower:
Twin 39-storey and 42-storey office towers with a total floor area of 1,250,000 square feet on a 4-level basement car park.
Contract value: HK$1 billion
Construction period: 1992 4th Quarter - 1994 4th Quarter
Lincoln House:
A 23-storey office tower with a floor area of 342,000 square feet on a 5-level basement car park. Lincoln House was the first office building in Hong Kong to receive an "Excellent" rating under the Hong Kong Building Environment Assessment Method (HK-BEAM).

Construction period: 1996 4th Quarter - 1998 3rd Quarter
Oxford House:
A 41-storey office tower with a floor area of 500,000 square feet. Oxford House also received an Excellent rating under HK-BEAM.
