WHITESANDS is a detached house development by Swire Properties in South Lantau offering 28 number of houses above the coastline of South Lantau Island. Gammon won the construction contract of the development at Cheung Sha and successfully completed the project in a 2-year time.

The project included the site formation works, construction of 28 number of 2-storey high houses, and a clubhouse comprising swimming pool, plant rooms, a sewage treatment building and landscaping works. Works also include drainage diversion works to the existing facilities of South Lantau.
