The project includes 20 villas, one-level basement carpark and a clubhouse with swimming pool.

The project team adopted water-quality sensors that monitor water-discharge quality in real-time, along with the implementation of an intelligent traffic-control system that reduces congestion and emissions. Other environmental initiatives included alternative construction methods to reduce the amount of timber use and concrete waste. All the initiatives had contributed to the winning of Silver Award (Construction Industry) in the 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence.
