Located in Tai Po at the waterfront overlooking Tolo Harbour, the residential project mainly comprises eight 14-storey residential blocks, four houses, with a two level basement. Latest construction innovations such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D scanning were adopted to enhance the project’s environmental friendliness and construction efficiency.

The project has achieved Provisional Gold rating under BEAM Plus and was designed to comply with the Sustainable Building Design Guidelines.
