Located at the Tseung Kwan O South, 23 Tong Chun Street, Monterey is a residential development by Wheelock Properties. It consists of 22 villas and eight apartment towers with 11 to 17 storeys, providing over 900 residential flats.

The project also includes a commercial podium which comprises retail areas, a basement carpark and a clubhouse.

The project team embraced principles of sustainability and environmental management by taking a set of comprehensive measures starting from the selection of the construction materials and throughout the construction process. This project obtained the BEAM Plus Provisional Gold for its eco-friendly design and features.
