The HK$3 billion Housing Authority contract, which provides about 4,600 public rental housing flats, mainly comprises five 33 to 38 storey non-standard domestic blocks to be constructed with some precast elements, a kindergarten, an estate management office, a day care centre for the elderly, a commercial centre, a refuse collection point with basement car parking. Other external works include elevated pedestrian walkways, noise barriers, landscaping and associated drainage works.
