Gammon offers a comprehensive range of in-house construction services that enable us to meet the requirements of our projects internally, in a more cost-effective and sustainable manner.

At Gammon Technology Park in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, we have 20,000 square metres of facilities for plant and steel fabrication. The site is also home to our concrete department, which produces ready-mixed concrete for customers looking for green concrete solutions.

Facilities for logistics, training and R&D are also maintained at the Park.

Gammon's commitment to investment can be seen in our plant fleet (the largest in Hong Kong), covering a broad range of equipment for building, civil and foundation engineering. Gammon Technology Park, where our plant yard is based, incorporates all plant and equipment operations, including design and development, maintenance, assembly and disassembly capabilities.

Steel Fabrication

The strength of Gammon Steel's products allows clients to push the boundaries of what's possible in a building project. Our steelwork supports some of the most challenging and inspiring projects in Hong Kong and the rest of Asia.

The full strength of Gammon Steel is reflected in its knowledge and expertise backed up by Dongguan Pristine, a 50,000 square metre facility on the outskirts of Dongguan on the Pearl River Delta. The facility's workforce of 400 handles every aspect of steel construction, from design through fabrication to build with attention to quality and an ability to innovate at every stage.

Our structural steel products are CE (European Conformity) certified to EN1090 Execution Class 4. We are the first Hong Kong organisation to achieve this highest execution class.

Concrete Technology

Gammon operates its own concrete batching plants, where we produce award-winning ready-mixed concrete that adds value for our customers.

Gammon's trademarked concrete products include green concrete solutions in accordance with the quality policies and health, safety and environmental standards of the company. We also combine concrete mix designs and production control technology to provide optimised concrete solutions to customers concerned about sustainable development. Stringent quality control, technical expertise and an advanced production line are key attributes to our success in concrete.

We are the first Hong Kong business to receive recognition under the Construction Industry Council’s Carbon Labelling Scheme for our representative ready-mixed concrete mixes and the first company in Asia to be named a PAS-2050 certified ready-mixed concrete producer, according to the British Standards Institution.
