The project includes the construction of a 24-storey office building with a basement comprising a 4-storey podium and 3-storey basement car park.

The project has achieved a BEAM Plus Platinum rating as a result of the green construction technologies, such as an innovative hydraulic self-climbing scaffold for the tower construction that improved productivity and work safety. The use of external hydraulic self-climbing scaffolds also enhanced site safety, while facilitating installation of the curtain wall unit.
