Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise the site work progress on schedule;
Coordinate and carry out the site procedures, resources arrangement and materials on the construction site;
Liaise and coordinate with all parties on the site safety and quality of the construction site;
Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Engineering or equivalent;
At least 15 years’ relevant experience in Building works, Commercial building development and residential projects experience preferred;
Good interpersonal communication skills;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
Immediately available is highly preferred.
