Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Independently plan, design, implement, and support mid-size IT projects;
Demonstrate advanced technical systems and data analytical skills;
Collaborate with end-users at management levels to maintain and improve IT security and operations;
Review and draft IT policies and operation procedures;
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools;
Execute information security awareness activities;
Exhibit non-authoritative leadership skills, proactiveness, passion for work, and a drive to improve.

Requirements:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification;
Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience;
Proven troubleshooting and project management skills;
Strong communication, working relationship, and collaboration skills with end users and IT internal colleagues;
Proficiency in MS Office applications and cloud computing knowledge;
Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision;
Certification in cybersecurity, knowledge of security principles, and best practices is an advantage;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
