Description & Requirements

This new member will be a key player in Total Rewards team of People & Culture, play a lead role of one of the sub-team in variety of rewards related operation duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for rewards related functions including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, retirement benefit administration, tax filing, attendance & leave administration, employee benefits administration and other related matters;
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in corresponding manpower / payroll systems (e.g. PeopleSoft);
  • Play as a key data provider on various auditing activities;
  • Participate in process re-engineering, manpower system(s) enhancement project;
  • Offer coaching / advice to Shenzhen Service Centre team;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related field;
  • At least 2-3 years' relevant experience in HR is an advantage;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft will be a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Officer - People & Culture.
