Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Assist Logistic Manager in managing mixer truck fleet (both in-house and external parties) in the capacity of concrete transportation;
Support Mangers to maintain or develop business relationships with customers / business partners / service providers;
Work together with internal team members to perform duties as directed by Managers, such as preparation of delivery report, checking of invoices from service providers, arrangement of truck inspections and maintenance;
Manage resources to ensure sufficient mixer trucks are available to meet customers’ delivery requirements;
Assist Managers in preparation of various reports relating to concrete deliveries and carry out associated analysis;
Handle customers’ complaints by taking appropriate action.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Logistic or related disciplines;
Experience in the leading concrete or construction companies preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with team spirit and able to work under pressure;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Immediate available is highly preferred;
Location: Tuen Mun.
