Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Deal with backup concrete supplier regarding contract negotiation, order/resources allocation, invoicing and services commitment;
Work with all projects to collect updated forecast from time to time for better resources management;
Keep track and to be in-line with market best practice on pricing, services level and innovation;
Prepare documents for quotation preparation, monthly / management report, etc.;
Identify and implement sales strategies to achieve the company goals;
Follow up sales orders and monitor delivery schedule to fulfil customers’ requirement;
Consolidate market information from different sources to conduct forecast analysis and market data profile.

Requirements:

Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies;
At least 5 years experience in the concrete industry;
Strong network with concrete suppliers in the market;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with team spirit and able to work under pressure;
Good commercial and contractual acumen;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
