  • Monitor the payment of wages and MPF contributions to all the site staff;
  • Set up and maintenance of a record system on employment contracts, workers attendance, re-deployment, and wage payments;

  • Handle and monitor the process of complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions raised by any site staff.

Requirements:
 
  • At least five subjects at grade 'E' or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ( HKCEE ) or equivalent, including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics;
  • Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management preferred;
  • 2 years' full-time experience in personnel management of human resources related functions;
