Thomas Ho, JP
Chief Executive

Thomas became Chief Executive in 2005, having served as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Gammon since 1999. He joined the Company in 1997.

Thomas is currently the chairman of Construction Innovation and Technology Application Centre, as well as a non-official member of the Town Planning Board and a member of the Environmental Campaign Committee. He is the immediate past chairman of Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (PCFB) and former President of Hong Kong Construction Association.

C C HAU
Executive Director – Civil, Lambeth

C C has been with Gammon since 1988. With over 25 years of experience, he has broad range of recognised capabilities in civil projects. He is a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineer and Authorised Signatory in Site Formation category with Buildings Department. He was appointed Director in 2014 and Executive Director in 2017, and now heads civil operations as well as Lambeth, the engineering consultancy unit of Gammon in Hong Kong

Edmond Lai
Executive Director – Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Gammon Shenzhen

Edmond is Executive Director of Gammon, responsible for the overall leadership of the Company's human resources, administration and corporate communications functions. In addition, he heads Gammon Shenzhen, a strategic resource centre supporting the Company's business growth in Asia. Edmond has solid experience in leading HR services, organisation development and talent management in Asia.

Patricia Or
Executive Director – Finance, Risk Management, Information Management, Gammon Capital

Patricia joined Gammon in 2005 and was appointed Finance Director in 2014. She became Executive Director in 2015 and responsible for the Company’s finance, risk management, information management services and Gammon Capital. Prior to Gammon, she held a number of senior financial positions with Jardines in Hong Kong.

Hee Wee Tan
Executive Director – Singapore, Vietnam

Hee Wee became Executive Director in 2015 leading the Singapore business and spearheading the business development in Southeast Asia including Vietnam, after serving as Director since 2012. He joined Gammon from a Singapore government-owned construction company in early 2012. He has wide and extensive experience in managing mega and complex building and civil infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Gilbert Tsang
Executive Director – Building, E&M, Interiors, China

Gilbert joined the Company and was appointed Director in 2008. He was appointed Executive Director in 2011 and is now overseeing building, E&M, interiors operations in Hong Kong as well as business development in China. He has extensive expertise in building services systems of subways, road tunnels, commercial buildings, hotel developments and residential buildings. Gilbert is the President of The Hong Kong E&M Contractors’ Association and Vice President of The Hong Kong Federation of Electrical and Mechanical Contractors.

Nigel White
Executive Director – Commercial, Procurement, Legal

Nigel became a member of the Company in 2004 when Balfour Beatty's Hong Kong operations merged with Gammon's. In 2011, he was appointed Executive Director with responsibility for the commercial, procurement and legal functions of the Gammon Group.

C C WAI
Director – Foundations, Construction Services

CC has been with Gammon since 1997, he was appointed Director in 2016. With over 30 years of experience, CC now manages Gammon’s foundations business as well as construction services in Hong Kong, namely concrete services, steel fabrication and plant & equipment.

Ian Askew
Director – Lambeth, Innovations, Virtual Design and Construction

Ian was appointed Director in 2015 after having served as the General Manager of Lambeth, the engineering consultancy unit of the Gammon Group, since 2010. Ian joined the Company in 1997. He is responsible for managing Lambeth Associates operations and the Company innovation, virtual design and construction development. He is also a founder of the Temporary Works Forum in Hong Kong and sits on a number of industry panels.

Percy Chan
Director - Building

Percy joined Gammon as a graduate trainee in 1987 and was appointed Director in 2017. In his career of over 30 years, he has managed a wide range of building projects. He is an Authorized Signatory in the Category of Registered General Building Contractor with the Buildings Department and is now managing building operations in Hong Kong.

Kennedy Cheung
Director – Civil

Kennedy has been with Gammon since 1978. With over 30 years of experience, he was appointed Director in 2007, and currently manages civil operations in Hong Kong.

Horace Chu
Director – Information Management

Horace was appointed Director and Chief Information Officer in 2017. With over 25 years of experience, he served a number of senior technology roles in Gammon and Jardines. Horace is responsible for the formation and execution of the Group’s overall digital information strategy. He also actively serves various boards and committees in the IT industry.

Alan Gibson
Director

Alan became a member of the Company in 2004 when Balfour Beatty’s Hong Kong operations merged with Gammon’s. In that year, he was Director with responsibility for overseeing the E&M business and in 2008 appointed Director with responsibility for managing civil projects in Hong Kong. He is now managing a data centre project in Singapore.

Patrick Hou
Director – Foundations

Patrick joined the Company in 1994 and was appointed Director in 2017. He has wide range of foundation experience and is now responsible for managing foundation operations in Hong Kong. Patrick is an Authorised Signatory of Specialist Contractor in the Foundation Works Category with Buildings Department.

Ashley Howlett
General Counsel & Legal Director

Ashley was appointed General Counsel & Legal Director in 2015. He oversees the Legal Department covering governance, legal advice, compliance, insurance and company secretarial services. Ashley has over 27 years’ experience in the legal profession specialising in construction and engineering issues connected with infrastructure and major projects. Ashley previously worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Beijing and Hong Kong and has for the past 20 years been involved in advising on construction projects throughout Asia. Prior to joining Gammon he was a partner and head of the Asian construction practice for a major international law firm.

Banson Lam
Director – E&M

Banson became a member of the company in 2004 when Balfour Beatty’s Hong Kong operations merged with Gammon’s. He was appointed General Manager of E&M in 2016 and Director in 2017. He has been working in E&M field for over 25 years and has ample experience in managing mega scale E&M projects. He is now overseeing the business of E&M division in Hong Kong and Macau.

Tony Small
Director – Health & Safety, Sustainability, Systems & Audit

Tony joined the Company as Operations Head of H&S in 2010 and was appointed Director in 2011. He currently heads the functions of Health & Safety, Sustainability, Systems & Audit. Before joining Gammon Tony held a number of senior safety positions with Balfour Beatty.

S Y Yu
Director – Civil

Joining Gammon in 2009, SY brings over 30 years of experience within the construction industry. SY currently supports the Company’s civil operations in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Construction Industry Council.

Vincent Yuen
Director – Building

Vincent joined the company as General Manager - Building in 2012 and was appointed Director in 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in building construction, civil engineering works and real estate development. In addition to his responsibility of managing building operations in Hong Kong, he is the Dean of Building College at Gammon Academy responsible for all training initiatives in the Building Division.
