Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design curriculum of learning academy programs and effectively implement in the organization;
  • Design learning path to build capability in technical skills, personal effectiveness and leadership skills;
  • Effectively identify and mobilize internal trainers to effectively deliver programs internally;
  • Embrace eLearning and contribute to the curation of program to enhance user experience and engagement;
  • Proactively review and update Learning and Development policies and procedures and make timely recommendations to encourage life-long learning;
  • Ensure career development and performance management are properly managed;
  • Support Head of Learning in culture change and HR systems and other ad hoc projects;
  • Work closely with HR managers of HK, Singapore, China & Macau to come up with effective learning and development programs to support the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
  • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Human resources gained in a large or multi-discipline organisation with a minimum of 2 years in learning program delivery;
  • Mature, proactive, and demonstrates independent problem solving skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
