  • Responsible for general reception duties including handling incoming telephone enquiries, emails and faxes and to greet visitors in a professional manner; 
  • Handle and arrange mailing and courier services and to perform general clerical work, including filing and data input, etc;
  • Order and maintain relevant office supplies;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.


  • DSE equivalent or above;
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in receptionist or office administration duties;
  • Independent, attentive to details and able to perform multi-tasks;
  • Passionate, cheerful and with good communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing;
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Willing to work at site working hours.
