Assistant Human Resources Manager

You will work closely with HR Business Partners to provide full support to business units in formulating and implementing Human Resources strategies and plans. You will participate in full spectrum of HR management issues including but not limited to manpower planning, performance management, talent development and retentions, as well as reward management for the business.

Requirements:   

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3 years at supervisory role;
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • An efficient and resourceful team player with mature personality, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office.

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
