Assistant Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the implementation and documentation of Project Quality Management System;
- Manage project document and records;
- Assure execution, maintenance and improvement of the Project Quality Management System;
- Review method statement and Inspection & Test Plan of construction activities;
- Communicate at all levels with cross functions to resolve non-conformance and quality assurance issues;
- Identify any problems and propose solutions where appropriate;
- Review and formulate the working instruction/procedures for operation;
- Participate in various inspections and audits;
- Identify and deliver quality related training to project team;
- Provide guidance to project team to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated;
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis and take up ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Industrial related;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Quality Assurance;
- Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Detail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently;
- Knowledge of Document Management System will be an advantage;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
