Assistant Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative duties, such as office renovation & relocation, repair & maintenance, purchasing & assets management etc;
  • Co-ordinate with building management in the areas of maintenance, building facilities and general services;
  • Receive and dispatch office mail and documents between and outside the office;
  • Carry out regular office health and safety inspection;
  • Carry out fire risk assessment in office;
  • Support other records maintenance and general administration works such as time sheet, purchase requisitions, inventory records and other administrative correspondences;
  • Support the ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above and at least 2 years' related working experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Attention to details and work independently;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
