• Provide engineering input to tenders for building projects ranging from commercial high-rise and super high-rise to residential and industrial structures;

• Degree in Building Engineering, Construction Engineering Management or equivalent;
• At least 15 years' experience from an engineering and design background in either a contractor's or consultant's environment;

• Use NGI Quality System to determine and assign tunnel temporary support requirement;
• Prepare and compile technical report and technical drawings.

• Degree holder in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent;
• MICE/ MIMMM preferable;
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in rock mapping with the tunnel face and temporary works for tunneling;
• Familiar in NGI Quality System;
• Proficient in geotechnical software packages DIPS, SWEDGE, SLOPE/W;
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

• Plan and anticipate contract's demands in terms of labour, materials, equipment and technical challenges;

• Prepare, check and update working drawings, presentation drawings, survey plans, schedules and drawings for site variation works;
• Design and update drainage disposal plans;
• Check shop drawings and as-fitted drawings submitted by contractor, suppliers and utility companies;
• Co-ordinate architectural, building services, structural, site fomation, drainage, geotechnical and other drawings as necessary;
• Take measurement of existing and new buildings and prepare survey drawings and to compute site areas.

• Good knowledge of Building Regulations and Code of Practices;

• Prepare, check and update structural drawings, sketches and details;
• Undertake the design of minor structural elements and prepare site sketches for construction;
• Carry out tests and inspection of structural works on Site;
• Assist in updating as-built record drawings;
• Handle technical problems arising from site difficulties and/or discrepancies in drawings and resolve simple technical matters.

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering;
• Experience in drafting and preparation of structural drawings;
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations and Code of Practices;
• Proficient skill in AutoCAD and EXCEL applications is preferred. 

You will be responsible for the safety and health matters of one of our civil projects and carry out the following duties:

• Promote and support the Safety Management standards on the project;
• Supervise and monitor implementation of the Safety Plan;
• Manage the work of Safety Officer within your team;
• Attend Site Safety and Environmental Management Committee Meetings, and Independent Safety Audits;
• Carry out internal safety audits for the Safety Plan and prepare action plan.

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental and Occupational Safety & Health;
• A member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent;
• Registered Safety Officer is a must;
• At least 10 years' construction site safety experience in large scale civil projects, in particular tunnel project;
• Strong sense of safety awareness;
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.

• University degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 8 years' experience in construction, of which some experience in quality management;
• An auditing qualification would be an advantage but not essential;
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure smooth progress of the construction projects;
• Strong sense of responsibility and solution-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Quality Engineer.

• Prepare Building Services estimates for infrastructure, commercial and residential building projects in Hong Kong;
• Liaise with a variety of business partners including clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder with at laeat 8 years' relevant experience;
• Familiar with the local supplier market;
• Sound knowledge in specifications technical requirements, measurement and pricing structure;
• Reasonable knowledge in related Ordinance criteria.

• Review testing preparation and plans for our projects;
• Design and develop simulated conditions that are needed to be imposed for testing;
• Review HVAC systems and equipment testing procedures;
• Lead statutory inspection processes;
• Prepare non-conformance report.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma / Degree holder with at least 10 years' relevant experience;
• Experience in central A/C plant system;
• Good knowledge in ACMW equipment testing and commissioning, water and air side balancing;
• Reasonable knowlege in related Ordinance criteria;
• Basic knowledge in system control philosophy.

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities to develop and apply standardized engineering criteria for tunnel ventilation;
• Engineer and direct installation of ventilation systems for tunnels;
• Resolve day-to-day problems on site;
• Lead team to meet project targets and ensure successful delivery.

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder with at least 10 years' experience;
• Relevant working experience in railway and road tunnel ventilation system;
• Basic knowledge in system control philosophy.

• Liaise and build relationship with existing and potential clients;
• Organise and attend industry events and exhibitions;
• Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand and company positioning;
• Prepare submissions and reports;
• Develop long-term marketing plans and strategies.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Draftsman.

• University degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, Engineering or Construction;
• Member (or ability to be qualified for ) of HKIE in Environmental, or other environmental related discipline;
• At least 8 years' experience of working in the construction industry;
• Understanding of and experience working with project certification scheme e.g. BEAM, LEED, BREAM, Life Cycle Costing or Life Cycle Assessment;
• A keen interest in promoting and championing with the business or environmental & sustainable construction ability;
• Good leadership skills; innovative; strong sense of responsibility; solution-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or Mining Engineering;
• A post-graduate qualification is preferred;
• At least 5 years' experience in design with an emphasis on analytical work for underground works;
• Familiar with statutory approval processes;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently;
• Highly proficient in English and Chinese;
• Occasional travelling may be required.
