<p>Overcoming a range of site constraints, we successfully completed this US$130 million redevelopment of an old bus depot on Hong Kong Island in 1997.</p> <p>The project involved constructing a six-level podium with a landscaped deck supporting a single 26-storey commercial tower, three residential towers (one 32-storey, the others 33-storey) and a community centre. Road improvements associated with the development were also included. Site issues that needed to be addressed included tight noise control requirements and limited working space.</p>
