Fellowship Programme
Learning from experience, enjoy a fruitful study life!
We make a strong effort to attract and prepare prospective engineers / quantity surveyors / Health and Safety officers for a career at Gammon even before they graduate. In 2002, we launched a comprehensive one-year development programme that offers career-enhancement opportunities for undergraduates of tertiary institutions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China. By participating in this programme, students are given a clear picture of what is expected of them as professional engineers and the skills they need to excel in an engineering career.
Special Features:
- 6-8 weeks placement
- Guidance and support from personal mentors
- Participating in CSR activities and annual events of Gammon
- Invitation to site visits, gatherings, seminars and internal functions
- Priority to permanent positions in Gammon
