  • To prepare, check and update working drawings, submission drawings, presentation drawings, survey plans and schedules;
  • To update drainage disposal plans;
  • To check shop drawings and as-fitted drawings submitted by contractor, suppliers and utility companies;

  • Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute / technical college, or equivalent;
  • 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience;
  • Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent.

Salary: $22,165 - $25.685 per month. Salary paid will be commensurate with qualification and working experience.

Note: The Contract Technical Assistants shall work in the Housing Authority Headquarter or in any site office as directed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Marine Superintendent to deal with the licensing & SPI inspection of all marine plants;
  • Assist Marine Superintendent to deal with marine plant sourcing, hiring arrangement, routine maintenance and emergency repair issues, coordination with plant department;
  • Update marine plant register on regular basis;
  • Arrange fueling, water supply and supports to marine plants;
  • Coordinate with marine foremen and vessel coxswain to collect and to check vessel daily report;
  • Assist marine foremen to prepare daily marine safety checklists
 
Requirements:
  • F. 5 or above with around 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Basic Computer Operation Knowledge ;
