You will assist in the co-ordination with consultants, client, operation team and sub-contractors to ensure that the design meets the Company's design objectives and requirements, statutory and contractual compliance as well as construction programme. Your responsibilities will include:
 
 
  • Check Subcontractor’s material sample submissions to ensure compliance with the Employers Requirements;
  • Monitor the progress of shop drawing and material approvals via the Document Management System (Aconex);
  • Assist in the evaluation of architectural and Interior Design work tender packages;
  • Work with the consultants to respond to requests for information (Architectural / Interior Design);
  • Day to day support to the construction team to resolve site queries (Architectural / Interior Design);
  • Pay regular site visits to check construction is following the current design and specification;
  • Support the BIM team to resolve problems detected through clash detection and monitor its progress through to the as built model;
