Responsibilities:
Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or other related construction disciplines;

2 years' working experience in quantity surveying field, preferably with professional quantity surveying practice;

Familiar with the Hong Kong Standard Method of Measurement and knowledge of Hong Kong construction contracts is an advantage;
-
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure;

Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

Good computer skills (MS Excel and Word). |

| Asst. Design Engineer (Ref:CHI/SZ/023/06) |

Responsibilities:
- Carry out design of civil, foundation, building structures and bridge for both temporary and permanent works.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in civil / structural / geotechnology.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in design / construction site.
- Capable of communication in English and good written in English.
- AutoCAD experience is beneficial.
- Willing to learn and hard working.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and negotiation for material procurement.
- Develop purchasing strategy for major material packages for tenders and projects.
- Participate and co-ordinate with pre-construction/project.
- Handle/supervise enquiries, negotiation, order placing.
Requirements:
- Above college degree in relevant field.
- 5-8 years experience in Construction, Engineering or Trading.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
