We operate in China as a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE). This company recently became one of the first WOFE’s licensed to undertake construction business throughout China when it was granted not only a Class 1 Main Contracting Building Licence, but also Class 1 Specialist Contracting Licences for foundations, structural steel and fit out work by the Ministry of Construction.
